When did you start cosplay photography?
What got you into photography?
In 2008 when I began schooling at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh to obtain my BA in Photography
What made you go into cosplay photography specifically?
It’s much more fun than traditional photography and I have always loved to get dressed up. It’s a creative outlet for me as I am a super creative person by nature.
How long have you been doing photography?
Started my business in 2013
What types of cosplay do you like to shoot?
Anything, but I really love more of the horror scene
What is your photo shoot goals, or something you would love to shoot?
Creative amazing art that will amaze the viewers
What is your favorite kind of cosplay photo shoot?
Think you just asked this question but I enjoy anything with a theme
What do you love about cosplay photography?
The potential to create anything imaginable
What is the most difficult thing for you about cosplay photography?
All the time and effort put into the look with costume and makeup

If you could live in or visit any fantasy world, where would you go?
If you could give cosplayers tips about working with a photographer, what would they be?
Don’t be afraid to tell the photographer if you have ideas, or thoughts, always listen to the coaching the photographer gives and always have fun
What are your “fandoms”?
mythical creatures like mermaids and fairies and monsters like all the scary things from HELL
What is something you wish cosplayers knew about working with a photographer?
That we (or I) enjoy feedback from their experience
What misconceptions do you feel cosplayers have about working with a photographer that you’d like to clear up?
Not all photographers are good at what they do or professionals
What is something you wish cosplayers knew before they booked a photography session?
I do not have the costumes for the models
What is your creative process?
Discussing with the client their ideas and thoughts for the session, then choosing the perfect location, then research on the character ideas for poses, and finally let the fun happen
What are some proper etiquette tips for booking a photoshoot and participating in one?
Keep the shoot classy not trashy, know your photographer and their style, and always tip your photographer.
